Payment Methods
Bank Transfer via ACH: Entities with a US bank account can pay via ACH with no fee.
Bank Transfer via Wire: Entities that pay via bank wire will be charged a transaction fee of $40 USD.
Credit Card: Through B9Creations shopping cart, payments made by debit or credit card are limited to a maximum of $4,500 USD. Transactions over $4,500 USD will incur a 3.25% processing fee for US transactions and a 5.25% fee for international transactions and will need to be processed by the B9Creations team, please contact us.
Returns
Due to the specialty use and limited shelf life of our products, all sales are final. We will, however, replace a part(s) that has been damaged in shipping. To receive a replacement, the original part(s) must be returned to us using our standard RMA process. An exact duplicate of that item will be replaced. Item must be returned within 20 days from delivery to qualify for a replacement.
Postal and Billing Address
When you place an order at B9Creations, the information relative to the postal and billing addresses are immediately included in our internal database in order to respond correctly and quickly to the service you requested, the delivery of a product or service. This information is conserved strictly for internal use to serve you better.
Email Address
When you place an order at B9Creations, your email address is also collected to communicate during delivery of your purchase. This email address is also conserved in our database in order to serve you better.
Your sensitive information is never shared, rented, or sold to a third party.
Delivery Time
B9Creations does not offer same-day shipping. All orders are subject to standard delivery time processes. The delivery time of your order consists of three portions: payment processing time, handling time, and shipping time.Â
Payment Processing
Orders for in-stock products and materials will be processed the business day following receipt of cleared payment. For payment via credit card or PayPal, payment will typically be cleared the business day following order placement. Payment via check or wire transfer, where allowed, is subject to bank verification which may delay processing. Processing time does not include any stated product lead times. Products may be subject to backorder delay with no advance notice.Â
Handling Time
The handling time is the time it takes B9Creations to ship your order after receiving your cleared payment. B9Creations commits to completing handling within 2 business days of receiving payment. This does not include the number of business days the shipping service will take to deliver the item(s) to you.

Shipping
Orders are shipped via FedEx and are subject to standard pickup and transit times. Transit times vary based on the FedEx service method chosen and the carrier's available service level in the delivery area. All delivery dates are estimated based on information provided by FedEx. B9Creations cannot be held responsible for delays caused by shipping disruptions or customs clearance. All shipments are insured.
All technologies, commodities, and software are exported from the United States in accordance with the Export Administration Regulations. Diversion contrary to US law is prohibited. We are unable to ship to APO addresses or to any country with trade restrictions, including the following countries: Cuba, Iran, Libya, North Korea, Sudan, and Syria.
Taxes, Duties, etc.
All orders with a South Dakota, Kansas, Indiana, Texas, Colorado, Nebraska, or Massachusetts shipping address will include sales tax on your order. This tax does not apply for orders outside of the U.S.A. but you may have duties, taxes and/or customs fees charged upon delivery. These fees vary from country to country. You are responsible for paying these fees. If you refuse to pay them upon delivery, your package will be returned to us. Upon receipt, we will refund your product (minus a 25% restocking fee, shipping fees for both ways plus any duties, taxes and/or customs fees charged to B9C due to refusal).
